1Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or using Mines Land, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies to the website, member account, games, sports markets, promotions, payment functions, communications, and related services made available through Mines Land.

If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must stop using Mines Land. Continuing to access the platform after revised terms are published will normally indicate acceptance of those revisions, subject to applicable law and any additional notice that may be required.

2Eligibility and legal responsibility

You may register with Mines Land only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not use Mines Land if online gaming is prohibited in your location or if another legal restriction applies to you.

It is your responsibility to understand the rules that apply where you are physically located. Access to the website does not mean that participation is lawful in every place. Mines Land may restrict access, request location information, or close an account when eligibility cannot be established.

3Registration and account verification

You must not interfere with the platform, use automated tools, exploit software faults, manipulate games or markets, collude with other users, disguise your identity, or attempt to obtain an unfair advantage. Mines Land may void affected transactions and suspend accounts when prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected.

5Deposits and account balances

Supported Mines Land deposits may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, processing times, and verification requirements may differ by method.

You must deposit only from an account, wallet, or card held in your own name. Third-party funding may be rejected or returned. Mines Land may request proof that you own the payment method and may delay use of funds while a transaction is checked.

Account balances are shown in Philippine pesos. A displayed balance may include cash funds and restricted promotional funds. You should review transaction details before confirming a payment. Mines Land is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the member, subject to applicable consumer rights.

6Withdrawals and payment reviews

Withdrawal requests from Mines Land are subject to account verification, payment ownership checks, available balance, bonus conditions, transaction limits, and fraud-prevention review. Whenever practical, funds may be returned through the same method used for the deposit.

Processing estimates are not guaranteed completion times. Banks, digital wallets, card providers, service interruptions, weekends, public holidays, and additional reviews can affect delivery. Mines Land may request supporting documents before releasing funds where a reasonable compliance or security concern exists.

A withdrawal may be declined, cancelled, or adjusted when the balance resulted from an obvious error, prohibited activity, duplicate payment, reversed deposit, chargeback, invalid promotion use, or unsettled transaction. Mines Land will assess the available records before making a decision.

7Game rules, bets, and confirmed transactions

Every game and sports market on Mines Land may have specific rules, limits, payout tables, settlement procedures, or eligibility requirements. You are responsible for checking those details before confirming a stake. Once accepted, a valid wager normally cannot be cancelled simply because you changed your mind.

Game results are determined according to the applicable game system and published rules. Sports bets are settled using the relevant official result and market conditions. Mines Land may correct an obvious pricing, display, settlement, or technical error and adjust an affected balance accordingly.

If a game disconnects, the server record will normally determine whether a round was completed. An incomplete round may be cancelled or resumed according to the provider rules. Mines Land does not guarantee continuous access because internet issues, device faults, maintenance, or third-party interruptions may occur.

8Bonuses, promotions, and referrals

A Mines Land promotion may be governed by additional terms shown with the offer. These can include a minimum deposit, qualifying games, wagering requirement, maximum stake, expiry period, withdrawal restriction, country requirement, or one-off participation rule.

Unless stated otherwise, a member may claim each offer only once. 10Suspension, closure, and inactive accounts

You may ask to close your Mines Land account, subject to verification and the settlement of valid outstanding transactions. Account closure does not cancel obligations, investigations, disputes, chargebacks, or rights that arose before closure.

Mines Land may restrict, suspend, or close an account for eligibility concerns, security risks, false information, duplicate registration, payment abuse, promotion misuse, prohibited conduct, legal requirements, or a serious breach of these terms. An account that remains unused for an extended period may be treated as inactive. Any applicable process for reactivation, balance return, or permitted administration will be communicated in line with the rules and laws that apply to Mines Land.

11Responsible gaming and self-control

12Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Mines Land name, logo, interface, written content, graphics, software presentation, and other protected materials may not be copied, republished, modified, sold, or commercially exploited without permission. Game providers and other licensors retain rights in their respective materials.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Mines Land for lawful adult entertainment. You may not scrape data, reverse engineer software, distribute malicious code, overload systems, impersonate the brand, or use platform content to operate an unauthorised service.
